New Installs
We offer a range of products to suit all room sizes and budgets. We are able to source systems from some of the industry’s leading brands such as Panasonic, Mitsubishi, Daikin and Fujitsu. Air conditioning units come in a variety of sizes which makes installing them in your available space simple. Wall, floor and ceiling mounted options are available depending on your requirements.
Fault Diagnostics
It is very common for businesses to inherit old or faulty units when moving into new premises. We attend all sites and premises to investigate and hopefully diagnose any faults. Occasionally faults can be complex and may require extra expertise. We have excellent working relationships with all the biggest product manufacturers and have engineers who we can use for more in-depth diagnostics. Once faults are found we will discuss this with you, along with the solutions and cost, before proceeding with repairs.
Emergency Call Outs
At present emergency call outs are only offered to our existing customers. However should you require advice or feel that our assistance is required please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Maintenance Contracts
Maintenance contracts are offered on an annual or 6 monthly basis as standard, or more frequently depending on individual needs. Domestic properties tend to only require an annual check whilst most commercial sites opt for 6 monthly visits. visits keep your system working optimally and are required to validate your manufacturer’s warranty. We can offer a reduction in price when you sign up to a regular maintenance contract. Maintenance contracts are available to both customers with systems we install from new and to customers where we did not install (subject to an initial inspection).
Old Unit / Gas Removal
Whether you have moved have old, unusable units that you need moving or if you simply require updating or relocation of units we can help. We do not need to have installed your units to be able to help with their removal. Units will be dismantled and split into sections and recycled, where possible. If you have systems containing gas which requires safe removal and disposal we are also able to carry out this work. All gas is securely stored in tanks which we then take to be safely & responsibly emptied.
Systems containing R22 gas can be maintained and serviced if they are in working order. However, as soon as these units become defunct or the gas runs out we are unable to maintain or re-fill this now banned gas. However we would be very happy to remove and dispose of the unit and give a quote for a suitable replacement.
TM44 Inspection Certificate
It is now a legal requirement that companies have their air conditioning systems inspected every 5 years to ensure they are operating efficiently. This is only currently expected on systems which have a total combined cooling capacity greater than 12kw. You may be fined £300 if you do not comply with this certification.
These inspections must be carried out by an accredited air conditioning energy assessor. Only reports from an accredited air conditioning assessor are classed as valid, no other reports will be accepted. At present there are 2 options of inspection:
Level 3 inspection focuses on simple systems such as packaged split systems installed in a naturally ventilated space.
Level 4 inspection is required for buildings that contain more complex systems such as mechanically ventilated spaces.
